Client Guarantee
CLIENT is guaranteed to be 100% satisfied with work completed by I.T. Web Experts.  In the event that they are not satisfied, they may state in their refund request letter that they were not satisfied with the work completed and state the reason why.  This guarantee shall not apply if:

• CLIENT has approved the section/milestone of the project already by either signing off for that section or paying for the next section
• CLIENT changes their mind on having a web site or programming project completed for reasons out of I.T. Web Experts control

If I.T. Web Experts is not able to fix the issue stated in the refund request letter, the CLIENT will then be refunded any payments and deposits they have made.  All work completed on the project upon refund shall be owned by I.T. Web Experts.

Cancellation.
In the event that work is postponed or canceled at the request of the CLIENT by registered letter, I.T. Web Experts shall have the right to bill pro rata for work completed through the date of that request, while reserving all rights under this CONTRACT. If additional payment is due, this shall be payable within thirty days of the CLIENT’s notification to stop work. In the event of cancellation, the CLIENT shall also pay any expenses incurred by I.T. Web Experts and I.T. Web Experts shall own all rights to the Work. The CLIENT shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.

Pricing
Our work is billed at $60/hour. All work is guaranteed to be completed in a timely manner according to the time scheduling we put in the original proposal. Our typical pricing is around $800 for a brochure 5 page type website, and about $2,500 for an E-commerce package. Pricing can vary based upon special customizations and graphic requirements.

Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal information such as your billing address, email address, or phone numbers with anyone without express written permission. All personal information and billing data collected online is stored on a secure SSL encrypted server via our online invoicing system.

Non-Competition Clause
During the term of this Agreement, I.T. Web Experts shall not design any web sites or permit others to do so that directly use the same elements as contained in the web site herein in such a manner as would cause the look or operation of the other sites to closely resemble the web site herein.

Non-Disclosure
I.T. Web Experts, its employees, and subcontractors agree that, except as directed by CLIENT, it will not at any time during or after the term of this contract disclose any Confidential Information to any person whatsoever.

Trademarks & Copyrights
The CLIENT represents to I.T. Web Experts and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to I.T. Web Experts for inclusion in Web pages are owned by the CLIENT, or that the CLIENT has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend I.T. Web Experts from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the CLIENT.   Copyright to the assembled work of Web pages produced by I.T. Web Experts is owned by I.T. Web Experts.   Upon payment of this contract, all rights owned by I.T. Web Experts as to the design, graphics, and text in this Web site transfer to the CLIENT.

Completion Date
I.T. Web Experts and the CLIENT must work together to complete the Web site in a timely manner. Much of this depends on receiving the appropriate images and text from the CLIENT. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web site in a professional and timely fashion.

Assignment of Project
I.T. Web Experts reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to ensure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion. I.T. Web Experts will be responsible for final results of the project.

Refund Policy
If the CLIENT applies by a registered letter for a refund within fifteen (15) days of signing this CONTRACT, work already completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of $60 and deducted from the initial payment. If the work that has been completed is beyond the amount covered in the initial payment, the CLIENT shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of $60.

Payment of Fees
In order for I.T. Web Experts to remain in business, payments must be made promptly. Invoices are due upon receipt. Delinquent bills will be assessed a $35 charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after the due date, an additional 5% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. I.T. Web Experts reserves the right to remove Web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. In case collection proves necessary, the CLIENT agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process.  This CONTRACT becomes effective only when signed by I.T. Web Experts. Regardless of the place signing of this CONTRACT, the CLIENT agrees that for purposes of venue, this CONTRACT was entered into in Casa Grande, Arizona, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Casa Grande, Arizona. Please pay on time.

Additional Hours of Work
Any website design and print design work not covered in this contract will be billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour.  CLIENT must be notified and approve of any additional hours of work to be done.  If CLIENT asks for work to be completed outside of the scope of this project, CLIENT must be notified and approve of these additional hours of work.
